We’re told to push them down, keep them out of serious conversations, hide them, manage them, and control them. But no matter how much we try to keep them tucked away, they always rise to the surface. So, what do we do with all of these emotions?!

 

This session will introduce a revolutionary approach to experiencing emotions by answering the question, “What do my emotions need?”

Through mindset coaching, you'll learn to identify the beliefs that get in the way of you doing what you know needs to be done. You'll also learn how to adjust those beliefs and consider additional perspectives that feel more natural to adopt.

What makes mindset coaching with me different is my special attention to the mind/body relationship. We will focus on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and actions to find solutions that will work for you.
